TODAY MIGHT BE THE DAY!!!

My Friends,

I have been advised that our Bill for a Federal Charter will finally (after six years+/-) be debated on the floor of the House of Representatives TODAY, June 17. There may be a voice vote on the Bill, H.R. 2852, during the afternoon session (2:30pm, Eastern Time) or a recorded vote after 6:30pm (Eastern).

I am also informed that the session will be on CSPAN television. I certainly cannot guarantee that will be done—or that any of this will be done, for that matter. We have been bitterly disappointed for many years and I have learned to believe it when I see it.

I have asked that this announcement be widely distributed so that members with the capabilities to watch the proceedings, if they are broadcast, may do so.

Thank you,

THIS WE’LL DEFEND!
