Honor
Never Sleeps

PERPETUATING – REMEMBERING - MAINTAINING

In KWVA President Dechert's April 28, 2006 President's Update entitled "24/7/365 Honor Never Sleeps", he asked that each Chapter and Department President/Commander challenge their units to help raise funds for the Korean War Memorial Maintenance Fund... to do as much as they possibly can to answer this need-24/7/365.

President Dechert stated "It is most important that we accomplish the objective, regardless of the fund raising technique being used. I invite all Chapters to drop me an email or letter reporting effective fund raisers that they are using or have used. I urge us all to do all we can do in this worthwhile campaign".  He also asked they write and tell him the results of their Fund Raising Activities... that "We will be announcing a recognition program to acknowledge our units as they carry out this important part of our Mission".
