NOTE: --The major change is LTG Valcourt's greetings from 8th Army and Keynote speech, at approximately 2100 hours, 10/22. This creates space for speech by the Ambassador Lee at Banquet, 10/25. Kevin Secor of the Office of the Secretary of the Veterans Administration will also address the Convention, either as part of the 0900-1200, 10/25 meeting OR at the Banquet prior to Ambassador Lee.

There will be a special recognition program for Father Len Stegman to be announced. He will be unable to attend the Convention until possibly late the 24th or the 25th.

The Call to the Board Meeting is for 2000hrs, Oct 22--2400hrs, Oct 25 unless sooner adjourned
I have now asked Director Wiedhahn to M/C the Banquet. He and I will work up the program for the banquet.
