Maine Korea War Memorial located in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor, the nation's second garden cemetery.

The memorial displays the names of 245 Maine KIAs., MIA., with space provided for additional names. It Includes the names of five MOH recipients.
The reverse side contains the extremely popular "Old Comrades" by Thomas Lynn, a Korean Vet. Flags of all UN forces, five branches of the service, the Purple Heart flag, and the MIA/POW flag, are flown from Memorial Day through Nov. 11, and the memorial is spotlighted at night. The 70-foot-long walkway is paved with stones eulogizing veterans of all wars.
